How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to your device's app store settings:
  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Quran AI → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Quran AI → Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use Quran AI offline?
Yes! Premium subscribers can download translations and audio recitations for offline use. Go to Settings → Offline Content to manage your downloads. The Arabic Quranic text is always available offline once you've opened the app at least once.
How accurate are the prayer times?
Our prayer times are calculated based on your precise location using verified calculation methods (ISNA, Muslim World League, Egyptian, etc.). You can adjust the calculation method and set manual corrections in Settings → Prayer Times. For best accuracy, ensure location services are enabled for the app.
How does the AI feature work?
Our AI analyzes the context of verses and provides insights based on authenticated Islamic scholarship, classical tafsir, and linguistic analysis. The AI helps you understand themes, historical context, and connections between verses. However, AI-generated insights should always be verified with traditional Islamic sources and qualified scholars.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes, when you're signed in to your account, your reading progress, bookmarks, notes, and settings automatically sync across all your devices. Changes may take a few seconds to appear on other devices when you're online.
Which translations are available?
We offer 40+ translations in multiple languages including English, Arabic, Urdu, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, Indonesian, and many more. Free users have access to 5 popular translations, while Premium subscribers can access all translations and compare them side-by-side.
How do I change reciters?
Tap the audio player controls while playing any verse, then tap the reciter name to see a list of available Qaris. You can preview and select your preferred reciter. Your choice is saved as your default reciter for all future listening.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used the premium features. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, or email us at support@quranai.app and we'll assist you with the process.
Is the content authentic and verified?
Absolutely. The Quranic Arabic text is sourced from authenticated manuscripts. All translations are from recognized Islamic scholars and institutions. Audio recitations are from certified Qaris. We work with Islamic scholars to ensure content accuracy and appropriateness.
How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your notes, bookmarks, and progress. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through your app store settings. You can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@quranai.app.
